How Oakville SDA Church handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site to plan a visit, request the Zoom link, or send a message, we collect the name and email address you enter, and any message you write. We do not collect anything you do not choose to give us.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to reply to you, to send the Zoom link you requested, or to pray for the request you shared. We never sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our small pastoral team.
How it is stored
Form submissions are delivered by email to our pastoral team and to our email service provider (Brevo) purely to send that message. We keep only what we need, for only as long as we need it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25) you may ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the church line at 289-830-6717 and we will act on your request promptly.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking.
